Where do you ship from?
We ship from Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship internationally?
Because of the nature and weight of some of our products, plus the strict customs regulations that vary by country, we only offer shipping within the United States at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan but not all. Some contain beneficial extracts like Collagen that are considered vegan.
Do you test on animals?
No. We never test on animals. All of our products are Cruelty Free.
Are your products all natural?
We are currently working with our laboratories to create all natural options. Most of our products include naturally-derived ingredients and many are vegan and allergen-free. However, we do not claim to be all natural as we strive to create safe, effective beauty products with known, active ingredients.
How soon can I expect my order?
We ship all our orders via UPS and provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Orders placed after 1PM (PST) will ship the following business day. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. See important information regarding shipping, effective March 2020.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. This excludes shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs to these locations are calculated during checkout.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.)

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA # contact help@beautymarkinternational.com. Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 7-10 Business days from receipt of package. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Vitamins & Sea beauty is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages. We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier with signature. Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and returned back to sender.
