Where do you ship from?
We ship from Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Because of the weight of some products and customs rules that vary by country, we only ship within the United States for now.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed after 1 PM Pacific ship the next business day. We ship Monday to Friday, not on weekends or holidays. Orders go out with UPS, and you'll get tracking information as soon as it's available.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Ground shipping is free on orders over $25 within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded, and shipping to those places is calculated at checkout.
How are shipping costs calculated?
The carrier's rate is calculated automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Opened or used products can't be returned. Read the full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
In what order should I use the products?
Start with a cleanser. Then use the toner, a serum, and finish with the moisturizer as your last step. Scrubs and masks are extras you add when you want them. The label on each product gives the directions.
How often can I use the scrubs and masks?
The scrubs are for three to four times a week. The exfoliating face mask stays on for 8 to 10 minutes. The sleep masks go on before bed and rinse off in the morning.
Can I use the toner on sensitive skin?
The label says not to use the toner on sensitive, peeling or irritated skin.
Are your products vegan?
Not all of them. Products made with collagen are not vegan. The full ingredient list is on every product page.
Do you test on animals?
No, we don't test on animals.
