Where do you ship from?

We ship from Los Angeles, California.

Do you ship internationally?

Because of the nature and weight of some of our products, plus the strict customs regulations that vary by country, we only offer shipping within the United States at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Are your products vegan?

Many of our products are vegan but not all. Some contain beneficial extracts like Collagen that are considered vegan.

Do you test on animals?

No. We never test on animals. All of our products are Cruelty Free.

How soon can I expect my order?

We ship all our orders via UPS and provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Orders placed after 1PM (PST) will ship the following business day. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders with a subtotal greater than $25.00 USD within the contiguous United States of America. This excludes shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs to these locations are calculated during checkout.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.)
