Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Orders placed after 1 PM Pacific ship the next business day. We ship Monday to Friday, not on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders go out with UPS, and you'll get tracking information as soon as it's available.

Ground shipping is free on orders over $25 within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded, and shipping to those places is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the item price. Opened or used products can't be returned.

Returns need a Return Authorization (RA) number. To get one, email hello@vsbskincare.com with your order number. Your refund goes back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the package. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We can't take returns without an RA number, and we're not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen. Please send returns with a trackable carrier that requires a signature.
